NWMLS Increases Number of Allowed Images

Tomorrow is the day! Last week the NWMLS announced that it on Wednesday, June 26th, Matrix will allow up to 25 listing photos to be uploaded to each listing. According to the Facebook status update, all 25 images will be available in Matrix, Realist, the NWMLS Mobile App, & will be included in data feeds to IDX Vendors to be displayed on member broker websites.

This increase gives you much needed increase in the images used to show off your listings. As a professional real estate photographer in the Seattle metro area I think that this will give a great opportunity to show the flow of the property and perhaps even the neighborhood. How will you use the 10 added images? A twilight photo can set your listing apart. Detail photos in the amazing chef’s kitchen. Sunset or sunrise for views.
