2008 Canyon de Chelly

On our Thanksgiving 2008 trip through Arizona and the Navajo Reservation we were lucky to discover Chinle and the Canyon de Chelly in Northern arizona. The canyon is only accesssible to tourists that hire a local 4x4 guide, or that take the Navajo hosted 'shake and bake' group tour. We were able to get in on the full day group tour and had a great time.
